Where a permanent repair can be carried out on the day, we’ll complete it as quickly as possible to restore your network to full operation. If a permanent fix isn’t possible straight away, for example when specialist materials need to be ordered, we’ll put a temporary solution in place to get you back online while the permanent repair is arranged.

Fault finding and diagnostics

Using Fluke DSX-5000 and Fluke OptiFiber Pro OTDR test equipment, our engineers can pinpoint the location of a fault, identify the cause and advise on the best course of action. Once the repair is complete, we provide full test results to confirm your network is performing correctly.
