Many events take place on farmland, showgrounds and other sites with little or no existing internet. Mobile signal often collapses as soon as thousands of people arrive and reach for their phones, leaving card machines, ticket scanners and event staff without a connection when they need it most.

We bring the connection with us. Using Starlink satellite internet, or an existing line where the site has one, we build a temporary network designed around your site layout and the number of people using it.

What we can provide

• Internet where there isn’t any: Starlink satellite internet, ready to go in fields and remote venues without waiting for a phone line
• More capacity for bigger events: we can combine several Starlinks into one connection for extra speed, so if one has a problem the others keep everything online
• Site-wide Wi-Fi: UniFi access points positioned to cover bars, food stalls, box offices, production areas and green rooms
• Wireless links across the site: point-to-point links to reach stages, gates, car parks and outlying areas without running cables across the site
• Separate networks: a secure network for card payments and ticket scanning, kept apart from your production team, traders and any public guest Wi-Fi
• Guest Wi-Fi: optional Wi-Fi for visitors, with limits so that a few heavy users can’t slow it down for everyone else

How it works

1. Planning: we talk through your event, the site layout and what needs to be connected, and visit the site if needed
2. Set-up: we install and test everything before the event opens, so payments and ticketing work from the first customer
3. During the event: an engineer on site and remote monitoring of the network, so any problems are spotted and fixed quickly
4. Removal: once the event is over, we take everything away
